I am so glad you are here

I am Erika Cruz, therapist, and owner of Owens Counseling Services LLC.  Here, I provide individual therapy, brainspotting, ASAM level I substance abuse counseling, comprehensive mental health evaluations, and court-approved alcohol & drug evaluations.  I provide an empowering, safe place where clients can take stock of their feelings, thoughts, and goals in a holistic manner.  I hope the information on this website will help you find answers to many of your questions about my practice.
